Fear Itself | Comics
The Red Skull and his followers performed a ritual of blood-sacrifice decades ago, during World War II, to resurrect the Asgardian god of fear, The Serpent. His ritual caused the Hammer of Skadi to fall on Earth but even after locating the hammer, he was unable to lift it. In recent days Red Skull's daughter Sin finds it and becomes The Skadi, Herald of the Serpent upon lifting it. The Serpent is freed from his underwater imprisonment and seven divine hammers falls on Earth's various locations. Tony Stark offers help from his company, Stark Resilient to re-construct Asgard, after the demolition caused in "Siege" but on Serpent's return, Odin draws back his men from Earth.

The Serpent actually is Odin's brother Cul, who was defeated by him ages ago for his corrupt rule after their father's death. Soon those seven divine hammers come into contact with the villain Absorbing Man, Attuma, Grey Gargoyle, Hulk, Juggernaut, Titania and The Thing of the Fantastic Four, turning them into Serpent's generals. With the newly gained divine power and in its mystic influence, they start creating havoc around the globe on behalf of their Dark Master. The Avengers and Thor opposes The Skadi and the other generals of The Serpent with everything they got but even after everyone’s best effort, The Serpent is not stalled a bit. Spider-Man, Black Widow, Iron Fist, Wolverine, Ms. Marvel, Hawkeye, Red She-Hulk and Doctor Strange are assembled to make a final stand against The Serpent and his generals.

Deadpool – The Circle Chase

Deadpool – The Circle Chase is the first ever Deadpool title released by Marvel Comics. This four part bullet riddled limited series was written by Fabian Nicieza (Alpha Flight, New Warriors), who co-created the character with artist Rob Liefeld (Onslaught Reborn, X-Force) and the pencil works were done by the awesome Joe Madureira (Astonishing X-Men, Inhuman – Genesis). This limited series is one of Madureira's early works on Marvel that gave his work a great recognition to his fans. Though the series was featuring Deadpool, but the other supporting characters have seemed to got a bit more attention in the story than they should.

A blood transfusion was needed urgently and in a moment of desperation, Banner stepped on and volunteered with his own irradiated blood. This however, saves her but the presence of the newly gained radioactive blood properties caused a mutation and transformed her skin green, as well as gave her superhuman strength just like the Hulk except for the bulky appearance.

She stayed in a savage state for a while but as she gained control over her powers, she learnt that she cannot transform back to her human self until she accidentally suffers a radiation exposure with her time with the Fantastic Four as a replacement for The Thing. While taking care of the super-heroics, she affiliated herself with team of Mighty Avengers, Incredible Hulks, Heroes for Hire, S.H.I.E.L.D., Defenders and Hulkbusters time to time.

She also has dated Luke Cage and the notorious former X-Men nemesis Juggernaut for a very brief time which did not end up well. She ripped-off The Vision in half, took down Captain America and fought Iron Man during "Avengers Disassembled" out of rage amidst the chaos, projected by a mentally unstable Scarlet Witch.
